Continuous Inkjet Inks
Standard and specialty inks for coding industrial products with individual identification features
It all started in 1991 with the development of our first continuous inkjet ink. Since then, we have continued to set new standards and tailor our inks specifically to the respective requirements for marking and coding of industrial products. We offer the right ink for almost every material and surface, even for challenging and hard-to-print substrates such as PE, PP, metals or glass.
For your marking and coding tasks, rely on our continuous inkjet inks, which impress with precisely accurate, high-contrast, true-color and exceptionally durable prints that dry quickly.
Key benefits:
- Pinpoint and consistent print quality
- Quick drying
- High-contrast pigmented inks
- Low-odor and MEK-free inks
- High-speed printing
- Perfect adhesion on many substrates, even difficult ones
Our all-purpose continuous inkjet inks:
Plain or glossy paper, cardboard, plastic, metals and much more
Standard inks
With our reliable and versatile universal inks, excellent print results can be achieved on a wide range of porous and non-porous materials. They also impress with their extraordinary adhesion and high resistance to many chemicals.
MEK-free white
Even without the use of MEK, dark surfaces and materials can be labeled precisely, permanently and in an abrasion-resistant manner using our white continuous inkjet inks. They provide good contrast and opaque prints.
Our specialty continuous inkjet inks:
Plain or glossy paper, rubber, plastic, metals, glass and much more
High-contrast inks
If product labeling is to be a success, codes must be durable and legible. Our high-contrast continuous inkjet inks achieve excellent print results on an extremely wide range of materials, such as rubber, plastic or metal, with high lightfastness and resistance to heat and chemicals.
Adhesion-optimized inks
To meet high adhesion and resistance requirements on hard-to-print materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), we recommend using our adhesion-optimized continuous inkjet inks. They are also extremely black and quick drying.
Water-soluble ink (black)
For temporary labeling of plastics or metallic substrates, we recommend using our water-soluble continuous inkjet inks. They can be easily removed with water despite their excellent adhesion.
