Water-based digital printing inks built on our unique HydroGel technology

On non-porous or very porous surfaces, the permanent flowability of water-based digital printing inks leads to undesirable ink flows, especially in combination with printing of different colors. Our HydrolGel technology solves this problem and allows high-precision color printing even on non-porous or very porous surfaces.

Water-based digital printing inks very often have poor adhesion properties on materials that are difficult to print on, such as leather, plastic, metal or glass. Our water-based digital printing inks based on HydroGel technology offer not only the highest print qualities following thermal fixing, but also perfect adhesion and durability on almost any surface.

PPE (for plastics)

IMD (for thermoformable products) 
Ink systems for three-dimensional forming processes are subject to very stringent requirements. Two decisive criteria in this regard are excellent formability with high temperature resistance and practical adhesion between the coats. Our IMD digital printing inks precisely meet these requirements and enable small batch sizes to be decorated.

MTal (for metals)
Digital printing inks often fail when printing on metals due to the required adhesion, which is influenced along with the print quality by different surface textures such as glossy, ground or brushed. Our HydroGel digital printing inks deliver high-resolution print results that have exceptional adhesion and the maximum chemical and mechanical resistance.

DPG (for glass decorations)
Decorate your glass products with our water-based DPG digital printing inks. Although the smooth and chemically resistant surface of glass generally allows barely any adhesion, our DPG inkjet printing inks are permanently and durably anchored to the glass surface thanks to unique HydroGel technology – not only when dry, but also when exposed to water for extended periods of time.
